I am a fashion designer with an interest in complex pattern cutting, sculptural forms and tailoring.
I am currently seeking internships and placements.
A fashion design project reflecting on beauty standards in the age of social media, and how this can make people (notably women) feel displaced in their own bodies.
In my work, I aim to challenge our focus on the anatomy of the body, distorting and revealing the form.
For my outcome, I originally created & pattern-cut a series of garments, including a tailored bodice inspired by gaping buttons in dress shirts.
