I am a Textiles and Fashion student with a particular interest in texture, colour and photography. Within this project I wanted to delve into the cultural differences of doorways, entrances and architectural forms in India and the UK.
Cultural Fusions
My photography was taken in India where I focussed on architectural forms, doorways and entry ways. I was able to investigate intresting textures particularly the weathering of rocks and red sandstone.

Through ceramics I experimented with glazes inspired by my photography. I worked with layering different glazes and colours to create certain textures.
