Series of book covers for the ancient Greek myths ‘Theseus and the Minotaur’, ‘The Fall of Icarus’ and ‘The Shell Riddle’, which are connected by the inventor Daedalus, a crucial character in all three stories. My aim was to capture the essence of the myths whilst presenting a fresh approach of depicting ancient stories, through consideration of colour, typography and style of imagery.
