Hi, I'm Lauren, a designer with an interest in branding and experience design. I enjoy creating concept-driven experiences designed to capture attention and spark meaningful connection.
The main features: “adopting a green wall”, tracking air quality and monthly statistics available for each borough.
Breathe Green
Breathe Green aims to reconnect urban residents with nature by fostering community action to improve air quality and biodiversity in cities. By turning climate worry into local action, it helps build pride, purpose, and environmental responsibility While this project focuses on London boroughs, the app has strong potential for expansion across cities throughout the UK. It was developed in response to CDCT Roulette’s 2025 theme: “A Together World.” With the backing of local borough councils, Breathe Green proposes using the walls of publicly owned buildings as spaces to be transformed into biodiverse green walls. By doing so, the campaign addresses air pollution one small space at a time.
Phase 1 (Awareness):
The Breathe Green butterfly, a symbol of air better air quality appears and disappears on bus stops across London, signifying the fragility of biodiversity in the face of high levels of air pollution. You see them in the areas with the worst pollution levels across the Borough. The appearance of the butterflies around boroughs without context creates intrigue.

Phase 2: Butterfly makes a reappearance and introduces you to the app on bus stops around London.
The main causes of air pollution and worst affected areas are highlighted to grab peoples attention and the app is introduced.
The App (main features):
Loading the appChoosing an Green-WallMaintaining an Green-WallBooking onto eventsTracking air quality in your borough, green-wall sites and across LondonSharing progress
Users book onto events such as the regular workshops (necessary training needed to help with the upkeep of the green walls across the seasons organised by their groups lead and they can sign onto and create social events.
Contains gamified elements such as such as daily eco-challenges, which award “green points” and badges to encourage ongoing participation and engagement.
Interactive tools allow users to visualise their green wall, vote on seasonal plant selections, and support biodiversity.
Phase 3: Ongoing Engagement: Tracking Air Quality around green-wall sites and seeing their green wall’s features.
Air Quality Trackers on billboards and via the app display the data collected via our Air Quality monitors located near green wall sites; to promote awareness and reinforce the value of these spaces. You can track monthly changes as the butterfly grows in size and visibility on the map, fostering a shared sense of responsibility for improving air quality.
A Photo-Wall will take over billboards showcasing the boroughs community green walls across seasons, with spaces for new green-walls to be added as sites are approved the local councils.
Appleology
Appleology is a cider range inspired by British artisan craftsmanship, featuring four distinct taste profiles from bittersharp to sweet, each crafted with a carefully researched apple blend. The launch includes an interactive event where guests mix pure apple ciders to create unique blends, encouraging social media sharing.
In the range available to purchase, each cider contains 3–4 apple varieties that balance each other perfectly while still delivering a distinct overriding flavour, as listed above.
A breakdown of the percentage of each apple variety used in making the cider.
We host pop-up cider tasting events at UK universities, where students can experiment with apple flavour profiles to create their own unique blends.
Individuals can share their blend on social media for the opportunity to have it considered as the next official cider mix.
