By understanding each renter’s routine, values, and needs, Homi uses AI to match them with compatible housemates and properties. Renters stay in control – browsing homes, meeting tenants, and booking viewings with ease.

Once matched, Homi takes care of the rest – tenancy, deposits, rent, and house rules. As a full end-to-end service, Homi continues to support users after move-in, and when it’s time to move on, we offer a smooth off-boarding experience designed to guide users back into the service, ready to find their next great house share without starting from scratch.
