Explore Your Island is an interactive pop-up travel journal series that encourages children and their families to explore different parts of the UK. Each book focuses on different regions of the UK, guided by a friendly local character who shares ideas for things to see and do.
This edition takes young explorers to the Isles of Scilly, an archipelago just off the coast of Cornwall. Guided by the Scilly Shrew, children are invited to draw, stick, and scribble their way through the islands, creating a personal keepsake for the whole family.

A Minute to Midnight is a stop-motion animation created in response to the Creative Conscience Bonus Brief, made to the words of Sir Ken Robinson.
As Robinson discusses the importance of creativity in addressing the climate crisis, I use a range of media that help bring his message to life whilst also embracing the imperfection of the creative process.

A Pocketful of Play is a set of illustrated cards created in response to the Batsford Prize Fun & Play brief.
Designed for parents and children to use together, each card focuses on a different type of play, prompting and encouraging shared moments of connection and fun.
The illustrations were made using a collagraph printing technique with recycled TetraPak. I chose this playful, hands-on process to reflect the project’s spirit and ensure I had fun making it, too.
