I portray interior spaces through realistic renders, that are cropped against desaturated, coloured backgrounds. This contrast creates a visual tension that simultaneously reveals and conceals context and emotion, offering a space for contemplation. By removing traces of human presence and obvious action, the narrative shifts to the space itself. This enables viewers to connect with visual elements that are reminiscent of their own experiences and memories.

Influenced by minimalist design, mid-century modern aesthetics, and feminist ideologies, my work presents domestic interior spaces as sites of stillness and intimacy. The paintings encourage slower, meditative viewing, highlighting the often overlooked details that shape our everyday lives.
