I’m a designer drawn to the emotional and symbolic power of objects. I’m interested in design that holds meaning, tells a story, and quietly shapes how we connect with the world around us.

In Focus: Seating for Presence in Cultural Spaces

A furniture intervention designed for the V&A Museum, inviting moments of stillness, reflection, and connection. IN FOCUS reimagines seating as a quiet disruptor that transforms the way we engage with art.

Bringing it to Life

In a world of constant motion and noise, IN FOCUS invites museum visitors to slow down and reconnect.

This seating set, designed for the V&A Museum, explores how subtle interventions can shift how we engage with art and with ourselves. Each seat – Haven, Ease, Lean, and Link – offers a distinct posture and emotional tone.

Together, they support moments of pause, presence, and personal reflection. More than just furniture, IN FOCUS is a design-led service that turns seating into an active part of the museum experience. The project considers how meaningful, emotionally resonant design can improve wellbeing in cultural spaces.
