A multidisciplinary artist with a passion for narrative, built through physical and digital media. This project explores personal identity in a serious, yet light-hearted way, culminating in a short animation and series of illustrations.
For my final project I have chosen to create promotional material for a show following a set of characters and their time in purgatory.
For my starting point I conducted interviews with the people in my life, and their responses helped to develop the final narrative and shape the character designs. This stems from my interest in psychology, in particular how individuals view themselves and the components of their identity that come together to make us all unique. I wanted the viewers experience to conclude with asking themselves, how do we assess if someone is a good person or not?
