Designed for people with Type 1 Diabetes who lead busy, on-the-go lives, Glu Go is a compact and travel-friendly Continuous Glucose Monitor applicator. It minimizes the bulk of your diabetes supplies, making it ideal for commuting or travel when packing light matters.
With its integrated app, Glu Go helps you find safe and approved medical waste disposal sites anywhere in the world, significantly reducing the amount that ends up in landfill. Its innovative self-covering needle guard adds safety and peace of mind, protecting you from accidental needle-stick injuries.
405,000 Kg of diabetes related waste is created every year in the UK. Glu Go reduces single-use plastics by 75% and takes up 73.5% less space in a bag.
Understanding the user’s needs was critical to determine the look and feel of Glu Go. Through user testing and form development, a discrete yet medical aesthetic was created. With pops of blue to signal where key touch points are, and a selection of coloured Continuous Glucose Monitors to apply on the arm, Glu Go can be used by a wide variety of users.
